My primary vet was super booked and I was recommended here. They were able to squeeze me in for my dogs urgent issue. The Staff was friendly and the doctor was thorough in her evaluation and super quick in providing the diagnosis. I am overall impressed with this vet.

I came to this location based on reviews and recommendations from the Moms of Poway FB group. They were totally awesome with our goldendoodle. The price, customer service, and the entire experience was perfect. We recently moved so we hadn't moved over our vet services and were still driving 45 minutes to visit our old vet because it's so hard to find good veterinary services, it's like finding a good mechanic, you don't know who to trust, they know they have you by the heartstrings when it comes to your beloved pets and you'll pay anything. So to find someone who won't gouge you or say they need a million procedures just to get more money out of you, is very rare in this industry. The bill was even less than I was quoted, it was very inexpensive, every single person that worked there was nice. They saw me there with my two kids and they were kind to them while we waited. It's great to see nice people who enjoy their jobs in this day and age. Since the pandemic it's hard to find people that appreciate working. I love this place, we have officially found our new vet. Take your pets here, you won't be disappointed. :)

This review is for Yvette Lopez DVM 1/25/2024...10am appointment for food prescription.
I had a scheduled appointment at 10am showed up at 9:55..saw Mrs. Lopez for about 5 minutes and she said she would be right back for the prescription we were there for..... 5, 10, 15....20 mins go by no one comes by to check on us or see my pet. 25 mins in I walk out and ask if the 1 piece of paper we came for the prescription is ready so I can go buy his food. Nope......she had to go get someone. I grabbed the prescription and walked out. We will find someone else to take care of Rudy. Hopefully you will treat your next customer/pet patient with more respect Mrs. Lopez than to just leave a cat in room stressing for 25 mins for no reason other than waiting for a piece of paper. Unprofessional in my opinion. You seem very young though. Good luck to you in the future.
Rest of the staff is friendly enough and I believe treats the animals with good care this was just a very disrespectful move on Mrs. Lopez part.

Dr. Rosales and the team were the best with our dog! Our dog can be quite anxious at the vet’s and they all made the space calm and comfortable for our pup 🐶

Completely money oriented refused treatment on my pet (hit by car) unless we paid an extraordinary amount for deposit tried to charge us more in the end they weren’t able to do anything and we had to go to a different hospital if it wasn’t form my military discount I’d be paying a total of 1034
