The ladies here were so nice and welcoming to me and my dog, Ruby! They were gentle and accommodating to my pet's medical needs throughout her nail trim and I was very impressed. I highly suggest supporting this grooming salon as they deserve 10 stars if I could rate them! Not only did they take their time and not rush me in and out- but gave her breaks if my dog needed them and kept her cool: For the first time ever, my dog was totally calm and relaxed for her nail service.
The staff even suggested a special brush to help Ruby with shedding and I greatly appreciated her kind and caring demeanor.
The salon crew here made our day!

Fantastic experience with Jessica at Because We Care Dog & Cat Grooming! 🐾 This was our second visit, and despite not having the same groomer as before, Jessica did an excellent job on Charlee's full grooming. She even addressed my concern about the nails, smoothing them out perfectly. Highly impressed, I highly recommend Jessica for her skill and attention to detail. Will definitely be returning! 👏 Her IG is gorjessgrooms, she’s has over 15 years experience.

I have a cat and dog. At first was super excited to have somewhere to bring them both. Jess has always been amazing, however when Melissa took over ownership the service has been horrible. Melissa is extremely rude and doesn’t return phone calls to make appointments. Last time my dog was there for 4 and a half hrs and wasn’t finished because they were overbooked on cat appointments so they had my dog locked in a kennel in the back. I had to bring him in the next morning for an hour. Then he was finished. It was a horrible experience and my dog was visibly worked up. I believe in second chances so months later I brought my cat for grooming and nail trim. Melissa didn’t trim the fur around her paws at all. Horrible service and not professional at all

Melissa and Jessi are great! Brought my two kittens in for a bath-and-go. Keep in mind — I’m a new cat owner, but they did a good job at not making me feel stupid (lol) in addition to taking great care of my kittens. This is the place I’ll be taking them from now on.
