From my initial contact to get information and scheduling an appointment, Maria was patient in answering all my questions on my multiple phone calls, she was thorough, friendly and professional.
Dr. Anderson took his time with his assessment and explained everything so that I could understand the services that were being recommended.
I received an email from Dr. Anderson detailing all the recommendations to improve my Baby's health. The email was so helpful because it allowed me to have a better understanding of her condition and the recommended procedure. The email also gave me something to reference (besides my memory) when discussing the procedure and expectations with my family.
Lilly and the rest of the team were very friendly, patient and helpful.
They took the time to call me the next day to ask how my baby was doing. I am glad that I choose to take my Baby to Bernardo Heights Veterinary Hospital for assessment.

Wonderful front desk, techs, and doctors. I called ahead and talked to an admin who works at this location. We got a rescue from a kill shelter but she came with no vaccinations. We had called a few places and because they are a call center and not local on site where told it was okay to bring her in only to be turned away by on location staff(see other post for more info). This location helped me get all of my pets information, shots, chip, and overall health check. They made it simple and straight forward, and easy. Thank you !

Hands down the most organized, compassionate and best vet clinic I’ve been to. I drive 100 miles just to use their services. If you are in need of a good veterinarian clinic look no further than Bernardo Heights. Love the place.

Fantastic, everyone here is lovely and the communication is great. The prices are better than anywhere else around. The staff took into consideration our travel time and got our dog out of there quickly. We will get gong back for surgery but so far our experience has been wonderful
