This has been our vet since our dog was 9 weeks old-he is 5 years old now. They are temporarily closed, and I hope that they get to open their doors again. We love Dr. Travis Rollason.

I started bringing my adult rescue pup here because it is where his previous owner brought him, and I am so glad that we did!
The team took excellent care of our little guy during an anesthetic dental cleaning last year, and were very kind about all of my nervous phone calls. Over the past 6 months, we have gone through a myriad of health scares with our pup and Dr. Reinhart and all of the staff at Best Friends have been FANTASTIC. Dr. Reinhart found a heart murmur early and when following up with an ultrasound, we found some other heart/lung concerns that surely would have been life-endangering if they weren't caught early, however, we started him on medication and he is doing great. We also have had a months-long digestive upset saga, and they have been patient and communicative with all of our calls and emails, have checked in on him, and genuinely care about our baby. Dr. Reinhart even called a food company multiple times to try to follow up on a specific diet that we wanted to try - truly going above and beyond! She has always provided the most compassionate and kind care to both us and our dog baby. Sonia, Heather, Ashley, Hayley, Mia, and all of the other team members that have fielded our many phone calls and handled covid-pick ups have become a part of our extended doggie family! They all helped me feel so much more comfortable when dropping off our little guy when he was not feeling well.
I highly recommend bringing your best friend to Best Friends Vet Hospital. They have helped make a VERY scary and stressful time for us much more manageable and we are incredibly grateful for the care that they provide for our little pup. Their prices are also fair and they don't push anything that isn't needed for the best possible quality of life for your pet.

I was referred to Best Friends by my neighbor. I'm so glad we came here. Dr. Rollason is the best. He's compassionate, caring, takes time to explain everything in lamens terms. He consistently gives us options and doesn't recommend unnecessary procedures. The staff has always been friendly and caring. Lifelong vet :)

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at the Best Veterinary Clinic. I have been a loyal customer for years, and when my dog had an issue with his left leg, I rushed him in for an emergency visit, for which I paid a hefty $800, including X-rays. However, my frustration began when the X-ray report came back, and the clinic essentially told me, "The Xray is normal so we don't know what's wrong with your dog."
During this time, my dog was in severe distress, crying incessantly, refusing to eat or drink, and trembling with pain. It was heart-wrenching to see him suffer like this. When I called the clinic again to express my concerns and inform them that my dog was still in a terrible condition, the person on the phone displayed a complete lack of empathy and essentially repeated, "We don't know what's wrong; take him to an emergency clinic." They never called me back or followed up on how my dog was doing.
As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and a more caring approach in such a critical situation. It was clear to me that this clinic was unable or unwilling to provide the help my beloved pet needed. In desperation, I sought a second opinion from another veterinarian, and to my astonishment, they promptly identified a spike in my dog's paw.
I am not someone who readily writes negative reviews, but this situation left me with no choice.

Used to be a great place to take our pets. Under new ownership and it free reeeeeally shows, in the worst possible ways. The actual veterinarian is still great, but the majority of you and your pet's interactions are with the rest of the system in place here. Not worth it.
Really disappointed to have to look elsewhere for care, because I used to feel good coming here.
