Kalani loves Camp Run-A-Mutt!! After a full day of playing with her friends and getting love from the staff, she comes home exhausted (she’s usually passed out before we pull out of the parking lot). She even seems to tolerate getting baths and her nails done - she doesn’t let me do either at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and it’s fun to watch them interact with the pups in the yard (checking on the mutt cams and getting to watch a dance party is always a joy). I can’t recommend this place enough.

Camp Run-A-Mutt is amazing! The team takes such great care of my dog during play days and boarding, and he always comes home happy and tired from all the fun! The facility is clean, safe, and full of engaging activities for the dogs. It's clear they truly love what they do and care about every pup like their own. Highly recommend!

“For the safety of all Campers and staff, every prospective Camper must successfully complete our temperament test process. Each temperament test is individualized based on your dog’s specific personality and needs. In order to set them up for success, we do not rush this process, so please plan on at least 15-30 minutes for us to meet, greet and get your pup acclimated to our other Campers, and eventually our play yard. If they pass their test, they are welcome (and encouraged) to stay for daycare afterwards. • If you are interested in boarding your dog with us, they must complete a minimum 6 hour test day at least one day prior to checking in for boarding ” MISLEADING… I only requested daycare not boarding and a 30-minute meet and greet turned into an unexpected and stressful 6 hour charged event where my dog was forced to stay at the site if I wanted day care service the following day. This site will not work with you even though you have proof.

"We understand that the expectation of a 30-minute meet and greet versus a 6-hour evaluation may have felt unexpected. We do our best to communicate the full requirements for both daycare and boarding to avoid surprises, and we regret if this was not made clear during your booking process." ...it's not a matter of clear communication to avoid surprises, it's a matter of having well informed staff who abide by the company's very own policy to avoid running amok with the customer.
If your policy is not accurate, then please update it ... "If you are interested in DAYCARE SERVICE OR boarding your dog with us, they must complete a minimum 6 hour test day AFTER PASSING THE 15-30 MINUTES MEET AND GREET at least one day prior to checking in for DAYCARE SERVICE OR boarding"

I had a wonderful experience with Camp Run-A-Mutt and their boarding facility. The place is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and attentive. They even went the extra mile by keeping my dog warm with a jacket, which I really appreciated. The facility has dog cams so I could watch my dog play in the yard, which was a nice touch. My dog seemed happy and had a blast socializing with the other dogs. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of care provided. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a place where my puppy, Lady, could play and have fun while I was at work and I am so glad I found Camp Run-A-Mutt! She absolutely loves going there! Lady gets so excited when she is greeted by staff and always comes home happy and tired from all the fun she’s had. I highly recommend Camp Run-A-Mutt to anyone looking for a safe, loving place for their dog to socialize and have fun during the workday!
