We have been using Camp Schultz in Bonita for quite some time now and couldn’t have asked for a better team! Going from usually leaving our dog Onyx with family who know him (since he could be a bit anxious) to now boarding him with strangers, this was not an easy transition for us. Thanks to Camp Schultz they were able to build a relationship with him which speaks volume on how much they care for your dogs. Even though now he may have his favorites, we appreciate the team for caring for Onyx and interacting with him. Every time we pick up Onyx, we noticed how calm/relaxed he is and now have a peace of mind every time we leave him in their hands. Thank you team Camp Schultz we appreciate everything!

I am very happy and appreciative for the attention and kindness shown to my puppy Vinny during his stay. My pup stayed at Camp Schultz for 8 days while I was on vacation. I felt more relaxed and at ease after receiving picture updates on how he was doing. Thank you to the staff for taking care of him! I will definitely be using Camp Schultz in the future for boarding care service.

This is the BEST Team for all your fur babies! I’ve been coming to Camp Shultz 2.5 years and every day the meet and greet early mornings are especially nice to know you’re in good hands and not worry. The Team is always pleasant, they take time to talk with you and interact, never in a rush.
Please let others know this is the best place for all your dogs needs! 🐾🐾

My dog Roxy loves going there. She is starting to get the hang of things there and interacting more which has been very helpful. The staff there are amazing and are even helping out with her on jumping on people. I can't thank you guys enough and Roxy looks forward to her time there.

We are extremely disappointed with this place. I've been boarding my pet here for years, but due to my husband's severe illness, we no longer needed boarding services. We called on the day of our scheduled drop-off to cancel and were informed that we would not receive a refund, which we understood. My husband made the call to cancel, but shortly after, I decided that since we were being charged anyway, we might as well board our pet.
I called back within 2-3 minutes, only to be told they could no longer take him. I explained that this made no sense—we had just called moments ago. I found it hard to believe that there was no way to bring him in if we were being charged regardless. The staff member claimed she had already canceled the reservation in their system and that there was "nothing" she could do.
It's frustrating and disheartening because I work hard for my money, only for them to take it without providing the service. I will no longer be a customer.
