I am very impressed with the groomers at this place! My dog does not have the best behavior and has a lot of anxiety when being groomed. Lauren has been incredibly caring and calm with my dog, and in turn my dog has settled down and is now quite manageable for grooming. I appreciate the staff and am grateful for their patience.

I stumbled upon this place while on a walk with my dog and walked out of the store with an appointment for the very next morning! I am SO pleased with the job they did with my 2 year old Goldendoodle, Iggy. He looks so handsome and he smells amazing and is so soft. They were very detailed about the styling I wanted for his cut, and their attention to detail is exceptional. I have taken Iggy to multiple groomers in various states (Washington, Idaho, and California) and this is by FAR the best haircut he's ever gotten. The price was great, they are very kind, and it was overall just an awesome experience. I will absolutely be coming back as a repeat customer for as long as I live in the area!

Had a poor experience when I brought my dog in for a nail trim.
Brought my dog in for a nail trim a while back.
The groomer didn't seem very prepared or happy to work on our very sweet, but aging black lab pitty mix. She's about 55lbs and the groomer said she couldn't lift our dog onto the grooming table. My partner and I offered to help and lifted her on the table. On the table my dog got a little nervous - not in an aggressive way, she tried to back away off the table and the groomer asked us to hold her so her hind legs wouldn't back off the table. We did our best to hold our dog in the table.
As the groomer trimmed our dogs nails she seemed visibly frustrated. My dog was still falling off the table despite my partner and my efforts. She also had very slight arthritis at the time so her hind legs started to collapse under her a bit. This was such a stressful situation so at the time, I couldn't process the frustration and ire we were getting from the groomer, but looking back on this, we were treated very poorly. I would have understood if this groomer declined service because they were unexpectedly busier than they expected (I called in the morning and asked if they had time for walkin nail trims later that day) or if she said she wasn't a large dog specialist.
In the end, the groomer clipped the quick and drew blood on at least two nails and gave up on finishing her hind paws. We paid full price for the nail trim. I domt recall, but i have a feeling I did not tip for this service.

I took my dog after she got sprayed by a skunk. I tried home remedies before but nothing worked. So I call them and they gave me an appointment next day.
Lauren took excellent care of my dog. It was her first time getting bathed in a grooming place and was concerned about that.
Lauren was so sweet, patient and professional. And she did an amazing job using different types of products to be able to remove the awful skunk smell.
I highly recommend this place. Support small business and get absolutely excellent service.
5 stars for Lauren and Canine Imagen’s owner too!

Beware of cuts!
Took my two dogs to get groomed here and was excited to find a groomer in my neighborhood that was closer than my normal place which is booked up for weeks out. We were a little skeptical that we got an appointment for the next day but thought maybe someone had canceled last minute.
I was hoping that some of the bad reviews were just flukes and we would have found our new favorite spot but I definitely will not be bringing my dogs back here.
When we picked them up, my one dog was bleeding in her armpit - and we mentioned it and they said she didn’t like to be touched. She’s 14 and has been getting groomed many times a year since she was a puppy and we’ve never had this kind of experience. Once we got home we noticed they cut her ears so short that they actually cut the cartilage on them. Did not get a puppy cut like we asked but was completely shaved down and looked like a Chihuahua or greyhound. (she’s a multi-Poo)
Then we noticed on my other dog he kept licking himself and realize that they had cut him as well.
Very disappointed and I feel horrible that I put my dogs through that.
