My girl Stella and I have had such a great experience with Care and Comfort. They are so loving and kind to my sweet baby and she actually LOVES coming here. Both times we have been here all she wants to do is go to the back and see all of her vet friends. It’s a very clean establishment and it’s also very close to me so that’s another perk! They also have always been able to see me within 1-2 days which is very convenient! I’m so happy to have found them and they are definitely my new regular vet. Thank you to all the vets/vet techs who takes care of my baby like she is your own. It’s very very appreciated ❤️

They only want your money. My cat had to have $13,000 life-saving surgery due to sepsis only a month following her yearly exam at which the vet told us the only thing that was wrong was she needed a teeth cleaning (which was going to be over a thousand dollars including all the pre-screening costs).

2 years ago I had my cat's nails cut here and he came home with a limp. I took him back and they refused to take responsibility. They lowered the cost of the visit to 75.00 and said I could pay for an x-ray. Well, he still has the limp and I am finding it difficult to trust anyone to cut his nails. This office 10 years ago had excellent vets.

A family member of mine brought in their pup for allergies. They have been feeding her different combinations of human food because kibble is processed in a factory and is basically equivalent to eating "impossible meat" but hard and crunchy.
The masculine female doctor told him, "do you eat dog food? So why do you think it would be okay for your dog to eat human food?"
Instead of recommending them to the website "balance.it" or recommending a brand other than "Purina" or "Hills", she put down her client and recommended the brands that give the clinic a profit from your purchase.
It doesnt even stop there. She wanted to add heartworm and fecal test, who knows what else, just to try squeezing as much out of the client as possible. That's Thrive for you, only focus is money.
If you absolutely have to come here, I highly recommend Dr. Woods. She's caring, compassionate, truly loves your pets, and will give alternative options if her treatment plan does not work for you.

I've been bringing my cat here for the past five years, and while most of the staff are friendly and informative, Jasmine needs to be re-coached on proper phone etiquette. If you don't like your job, make room for someone else who will. I was about to schedule a dental cleaning which would have been in the ballpark of $1000-$1500 (more than I pay for my own teeth), so I absolutely don't appreciate being spoken to in the brusque, sarcastic manner which I just experienced. This place may be close to home, but if you can't even speak to a human being politely, the last thing I'm going to do is leave my pet in your care.
