I love CMV! Chapo loves CMV! We have been utilizing this Veterinary Services for almost a decade. Chapo has been cared for by the staff, since he was 6 lbs. He is now 80 lbs & 8 years old. My fur baby has always been loved & cared for by this phenomenal facility with a team of excellent people. We won’t go anywhere else.

Thank you so much for squeezing Amber in! In times of emergency it is so comforting to know that your practice always tries their best to see your animal. Everyone at your clinic is so kind, caring, and do a great job of making the experience as pleasant as possible. We appreciate so much the care and attention given to Amber

I called this vet at 6am and left a message on a Saturday morning because my cat was very sick. I knew they weren’t open yet, but asked if they could call me back and squeeze me in to see what was wrong with her. I was scared since my cat never gets sick. This vet is across the street, it would be so convenient and I wanted to try a vet closer to me. I let them know I was in need of something immediately and if they couldn’t get me in, could they recommend another vet. I also called 3 other vets asking the same thing. A different vet got back to me at 7:50am and got me right in. I didnt hear from Carmel Mountain Vet until 1:30pm. By then I was already done and back home. I do not appreciate them calling back so late. A simple call in the morning to reassure me or let me know it was busy, or whatever would have gone so far! Compassion to people who are obviously worried is like gold! No thank you CMV! That is horrible customer service.

I’m writing in hopes that other dog parents don’t experience what I did last night.my dog ingested some milk chocolates yesterday. After speaking with poison control it was decided that she needed to go to her vet (Carmel mountain ranch hospital) to induce vomiting. No big deal I thought. I was wrong! I got a call an hour later that they had administered DOUBLE the dose of apomorphine! My dog went into severe enough respiratory depression that she had to be put on oxygen and rushed to the animal hospital. TO FIX THE OVERDOSE ADMINISTERED AT CMRVH! That’s what the discharge paperwork from the hospital says, she received an OVERDOSE. How does this happen? They put my dog, me and my family through hell thinking we were losing my baby due to the vet’s lack of professionalism and care for their patients. They know they messed up because the offered to cover the bill. I won’t be taking my baby back there and I’d research the reviews before you think of taking yours theirs. All they want is to quote you insanely expensive stuff your dog DOESN’T need but it’s “recommended” by their vets. UPDATE: the VERY NEXT day after almost killing my dog the vet’s office calls telling me that I need to bring my dog into their office in a couple of weeks for mor bloodwork. They didn’t even ask how my dog is doing. They’re looking for more money from me. I don’t think so. My dog will now go to a vet that knows what they are doing and cares about their patients. Not to mention the speciality hospital I was sent to themselves suggested we change vets as they receive a lot of patients that need to be cared for after being at Carmel mountain ranch veterinary hospital. PLEASE THINK BEFORE BRINGING YOUR PET HERE. They put me, my dog and my family through such unimaginable stress because of their mistake and they couldn’t care less. I will happily share the discharge paperwork from the hospital which specifically says she was brought in due to APOMORPHINE OVERDOSE not the chocolate that Carmel mountain vet “claimed” to be worried about if it helps anyone.

I've been here for six years with a variety of cats and they have been nothing but loving and helpful for pets. Additionally, knowledgeable about solutions and lifestyles of my pets. Dr. Grey has really put up a quality pet business and loved the help they provide.
