    Dogs came back emotionally as if we never left them. That's a sign of amazing care. They are exhausted and happy. Happy dogs happy life.

    The staff at Clup Pet was welcoming, both to myself and my Puppy, Chloe! I found it to be very organized and when I picked Chloe up she was very happy!

    Do not trust your animals with them. We will never be back. The manager is on a power trip and they do not answer the phone or return calls in a timely manner (specifically, days of not calling back, not hours). Our animals did not receive the extra care we paid for, specifically swimming. This is a disgrace to Helen Woodward Animal Center and they should not be affiliated.

    Club Pet is one of best places to board your dog in San Diego. We actually adopted our dog from this same facility (Helen Woodward), and they did an incredible job training our puppy prior to her adoption. It's a no-brainer to use this excellent facility to care for our dog when we are away. She wags her tail every single time she walks in the doors despite several prolonged stays here over the years. I highly recommend and endorse this wonderful facility, your dog will be well cared for and safe!

    I brought my cat for boarding on June 30th. The staff said that the rate was $ 40 dollars per night. Today on June 8th when I went to check-out here they said that I have to pay $ 50 dollars per night. When I asked why they said that is a holiday rate and the contract says so. I check the contract and the contract doesn’t say anything about that. The staff just decided that the increase the rate three days before the holiday and three days after and you just have to pay. They have a very long contract that doesn’t have a clause about payment and the just accommodate rates at their will. I do understand that is fair to pay more for the holiday day, but I disagree with the fact that they don’t let you know in advance for how many days do you have to pay in a higher rate. Additionally, they are rude and they think that people do not want to read contracts and they just say “you did agree when you signed the contract”. The reality is that the contract do not mention that. Also to check out your pet you have to wait a lot, because the do not have enough staff. What is he point to charge more if during the holidays they do not have enough personnel. I spoke to the manager and she was not able to offer any explanation.
