I have been going here for 14 years and they always take the best care of my dogs. They take into consideration the cost and will give estimates if needed and will disclose the costs before proceeding. I always feel so welcomed and comfortable with all the staff there. Thank you for all the care you have done for my dogs over the years.

I brought my cat here for dental work because of the good reviews and affordability. For a dental cleaning and one extraction, the total was around $543 (including the cost of the visit). Compared to other places, which were over $800, it was very affordable. I am very grateful. Dr. Jesus did a great job. I requested before-and-after pictures of the surgery, and they were very willing and cooperative. The pictures were a bit graphic, but the area healed within 1-2 weeks. Thank you to Dr. Jesus and all the staff for making this possible and caring for my pet. :)

Very quick, affordable service. I called 5 different places prior to choosing them & haven’t had such a good experience in SD yet! Love them. Will be back.

Very grateful for Dr. Alfonso Guajardo! Our pup had dislocated her hip and our vet was able to give her medication for the pain and referred us to Dr. Guajardo who was able to see us first thing in the morning. His staff at the front desk were super polite and took us into an exam room as soon as they took down our information. In walks Dr. G. Upon entering to room, he introduced himself and gave us a detailed description of the plan of action, possible outcomes, and the plan for said outcomes. He took our pup into the back and within a few hours, we had received the call that surgery was a success! When we arrived to pick her up, to our surprise, our pup was walking happily into the room with the doctor! He went over the after care with us and showed us the x-rays of the successful surgery. We cannot express our level of gratitude enough!

Very disappointed in this place, I used to bring all my pets to this place due to Dr. Guajardo. He was very good with all my animals and treatment used to be afforable but ever since his son has been taking over his pratice the level of service has gone way down. I got a irritated with them in particular due to a recent change in their handling of booking appointments, putting a deposit down before coming in, I recently had to visit two different veterinarian hospitals because we couldn't book with him and we received great care and more afforable treatment and no deposit required. I guess the reason for them enforcing that is due to high volumes of cancelation? Maybe there is a reason why, people don't get the same level of professionalism and decide to go else where. They also decided to flag us instead of trying to discuss with us and taking my complaint seriously , we have been taking our dog there for years never had a issue with staff until recently. Well it won't be a loss, guess we'll be taking our business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this place. Such a shame.
