Love El Cerrito!! They are informative and considerate of the attachment we have to our pets. The place is clean and sanitary. Dr. Massey is wonderful. She is taking such special care of my Ghost recently diagnosed with diabetes. She is aware of my retirement budget and makes clear and ONLY does necessary procedures.

I usually dont like leaving a review, But with my experience with Dr Massey and the staff in el cerrito vet, i beleive everyone deserved the best review i can write. Dr Massey, your the BEST! I am so thankfull that you are my cat doctor! Staff are amazing, everyone working there are super nice and respectful. I brought BOOCHAN my cat, yesterday coz she was very sick, and i was amazed how my doctor keep me updated thru phone call and putting a lot of effort to communicate with me and let me know my cats situation, she makes sure i know the procedure and the price of the test that she was going to do before proceeding. I was Just on the phone with her and i cannot beleive the kindness and compassion from her voice. She was very patient to explained me everything.
i am so heartbroken with my cat being very sick, but the support and honesty from Dr massey is just incredible and makes me feel that my cat is in good hands.
Im so happy with my experience with everyone in el cerrito, so grateful that i already told my family,friends and co worker that if they ever needed care for there pets, look for Dr amassey El cerrito veterinary.
My other Cat WILLOW is very excited to meet you all.

We took our puppy in for her first Vet visit. The staff and veterinarian were friendly, caring and efficient. The doctor answered all our questions and we didn’t feel rushed in the examination room. We recommend this Veterinary and will be going there for the care of our dog.

We have been professionally treated by the reception, vet tech and veterinarian staff. Prices seem reasonable and no one seems to be trying to upsell us. Our animals are happy to come to this location as are we.

I have been coming here for around 12 years with my various cats. I look forward to seeing Dr. Massy, even if my cat doesn't. :-) She really listens, has great advice, and is responsive to taking in your needs and your pet's.
