My experience with High Valley has been extremely positive. The two new vets are both fantastic in their abilities, compassion, and intelligence. The office staff is very capable and deliver high-quality service. The office is small and could use an update, but the quality of capability and service makes up for this. Besides having an inside waiting area, they also have a shadded patio with benches where you can wait with anxious pets in the fresh air.

We had a horrible event happen with a rescue kitten, and the Doctor and the entire staff at High Valley were absolutely amazing, from my first call to the final pick up!! I can not recommend this office and this staff more. Complete and total caring and empathic humans! We will forever use their services/family for our fur family members! Thank you again High Valley!!

Wonderful experience... I was nervous as I have a large cat (21lbs) with sharp claws who does not get out of our house much. The procedures were simple upon arrival. All staff were helpful and understanding. The doctor was professional and gave us options. Payment was simple and much less than I had anticipated. Big thanks all around, we will be back for future visits.

I love this vet clinic so much I literally travel from downtown San Diego to ensure my pets’ care. Thank you to Josie, the front office staff, and Dr. Serby for taking care of my sweet Diego and updated shots for Hugo. The staff is always so sweet and accommodating and you can tell they really love their jobs and your fur babies. Dr. Serby even called me after hours to ensure Diego’s procedure was moving along in the right direction. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

Wonderful! The staff was kind, gentle and welcoming and they all took their time with us to explain what was needed for our puppy. My gosh I feel so confident with our dog in their care.
