We had to find boarding for our beloved fur baby rather quickly and the Holiday Pet Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was very polite and helpful especially considering our recent move from out of state. They did an excellent job keeping us informed on our pup’s well-being which gave us peace of mind. Additionally, their grooming service was truly top-notch—our pup looked fantastic! Without a doubt, we’ll turn to them for accommodations and other services for our pup in the future.

I have been taking Jaxson to Holiday Pet Hotel for his whole life, which is now three years. I think he enjoys going there because he is excited every time we pull up. I have left him there for a month , three weeks andimany times for two weeks or even just the weekend. We have never had a problem and when I pick him up, he is clean and happy. Thank you for taking care of Jaxsom

Not sure what has changed over the past year, but the last couple of times we’ve left our dogs, the service just hasn’t been there. No feedback when we picked up (usually you hear that the dogs were great, had fun, etc) and previously they provided a courtesy bath (if you board longer than 7 days). One time we even had to wait because they were washing the dog beds! Thats above and beyond. However, the last couple of times we’ve boarded the dogs, they have not gotten a bath, dogs have been nicked up (no communication on this) and our littler one down in weight. I asked about the courtesy bath this past time and I was told ‘no you didn’t pay for it.’ Well, 9 days of boarding, paying over $1200 - I think they could throw in a bath for 2 dogs who are under 20#. Instead that was his response along with ‘they’re probably pretty smelly.’ I imagine the workers there work hard, but our pets are part of the family and we’d like to know they had a good time, staff spoiled them and they were overall happy - but that just hasn’t been the vibe the past few times. I think we’ll try a different place next time.

Kind and caring people who take great care of my cat for me. My kitty is not easy, and holiday pet hotel does a great job in making sure he is comfortable and calm. Their cat condos are roomy and clean, they spend time with each cat every day to be sure they are given attention, and their prices are really good.

I have used this kennel for about 10 yrs and never had any cause for concern.
The office has very good communication skills!!!!
