Kay is an excellent groomer, and more importantly, a compassionate friend of animals. She understands and appreciates animal behavior. I've been taking my dogs to her for 14 years. One of which was terrified of groomers. Kay made the grooming experience pleasant and calm for my anxious dog. I would highly recommend her.

This place is amazing! She truly loves the pets like family. My dog looks absolutely amazing. I have been there twice, scheduling was fantastic and her prices are great! I won't be taking my pet anywhere else, he has to get a haircut monthly, she is a part of our family now.

Kay is awesome. Her shop maybe small, but they manage the dogs very well. Both of my poodle mixes love Kay and her staff. Very happy with the service and the pricing.

I have been a loyal customer here for about 4 years now. I ran upon this place when I only lived a few blocks away. I have always been in support of small businesses rather than a chain. The staff was always so welcoming and made my sch-noodle feel safe. I also truly appreciated that they kept the dogs together to interact while waiting for their cut rather than in kennels. For the last 3 years I had lived almost an hour away but have always opted to make the drive when it came to my pups grooming as was comfortable here. I have always raved to my family and friends about this place and they even take a little photoshoot of your pup when they are done and fresh – nothing but good experiences. HOWEVER, since their new hire Ricardo we have started to run into issues. The first time he cut Daisy’s hair it looked like Edward Scissor-hands had a role in the job – it was just a complete mess for the price and job. Nevertheless, everyone has a learning curve and that small mishap was not going to stop me from using KM Grooming for my pup. On Saturday I took Daisy in for her routine cut, left her in what I believed to be good hands, pre-paid for the service and went on about my day. I let Ricardo know my mother was going to be picking her up as again I am not often in the area. In the afternoon, I get a call from my mother stating that Daisy would not stop crying and wouldn’t stop licking her side. I relayed her some assurance, in my experience sometimes the pups get a small reaction to either the cut itself or the shampoo products and we called it a day. After an hour Daisy didn’t want to play or eat and it seemed like something was still bothering her, so my mom went back to speak to Ricardo. He told her that everything went smoothly with the cut and it could be a small reaction. When I went to pick her up in the afternoon, I inspected her and my heart automatically dropped! She had a huge GASH what would be her armpit area the size of a QUARTER all the way to the MUSCLE!!!! At this point the groomers was closed and would not open again until Wednesday of the following week. I called the vet, and described the wound to see if I should take her in – they recommended I did. They treated it and gave me some ointments and meds to prevent an infection. I am horrified by this incident and quite honestly I would have been a bit more helpful if Ricardo had admitted his mistake and told us as soon as it occurred; giving the situation some transparency and giving me the opportunity to take her to her normal vet instead of an emergency hospital. Safe to say I will not be returning to this place and I hope that this post can prevent this from happening to someone else’s pup.
