This is the best vet clinic. My older pup had surgery to remove a tumor and they’ve been super communicative from the moment I booked my appointment to even now after the surgery. They check in, send me messages, and are quick to respond if I reach out with any concern. The vets also reach out and respond!! Yes, you will wait a little longer, but for the quality and their care, I’ll wait as long as they need.
Seriously, please take your pet here. They will be very well taken care of.

Gus felt right at home! He loved everyone he met at Otay Pet Vets! It was his first vet visit and I have never seen a dog more relaxed. He even liked all the vaccines. He can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a great experience!

A great veterinarian office! I've been taking my dog here for years and we've always had a great experience. Recently we added a reptile to our family and I was pleasantly surprised to know they see exotic animals as well! Had a great first visit with our reptile. Will keep coming here for any and all pets. The doctors always take their time to do a thorough exam and explain everything. The techs have always been great and friendly with me and my pets and the front desk staff are always professional and pleasant. Awesome customer service.

Dr Lauren Salcido DVM was absolutely brilliant ,
She did a first visit of my 12 week old Alaskan Malamute ( Glacier ) Dr Salcido explained everything and calculated his diet and activity that was very helpful. I also want to mention Lani W.
For helping me with all the care instructions and setting up next visits , Lani was knowledgeable and friendly a great asset to OTAY PET VETs.
