I can’t say enough great things about Bayside Veterinary – Our Pets Vets and their incredible team. This morning, my 9-year-old beagle, Sunshine, suddenly started urinating blood, and I was panicking, trying to find a vet who could see her. Every clinic I called was fully booked—until I reached out here. Ed immediately understood the urgency and made space for her, despite their packed schedule. That kind of compassion in a stressful moment meant everything to me.
Dr. Deo and Kimberly were just as incredible. Kimberly was so attentive, making sure Sunshine felt safe and supported throughout the visit. Dr. Deo took his time, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed throughout the entire process. More importantly, he treated Sunshine like she was his own, showing a level of kindness and care that isn’t easy to find these days.
I’m beyond grateful for this team—not only did they help Sunshine, but they gave me peace of mind in the process. Because of this experience, I’ll be bringing Sunshine here for life. If you want a vet that truly cares, this is the place you need to come to for your pets.

I am very happy with the care my dogs have received. Dr Pearson has been my vet of choice for over 10 years. The staff - particularly Ed and Sylvia - are always friendly, caring and helpful. As a breeder of show/pet dogs, it is imperative that they receive top-notch care and I have always had the utmost confidence in Dr P

they lack training and customer service. some of the staff are helpful and nice; others are rude and unprofessional. The only good Dr. In this place is the WOMAN (Dr Pearson) Unfortunately you can not speak with her without going through incompetent staff first. Ed, the one who answers their phone, is by far the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. I have elderly pets and bring them in, and he can not help with a simple task without speaking over you. 85-year-old woman who calls for help with their animals can not even be spoken to with respect as a returning customer. it is very disappointing to have to deal with rude staff when other staff have no problem assisting in gathering information. I pay too much money here to keep coming to a place with this level of service.

My mom’s 12-years old female Jack Russell Terrier Mix received great care after a successful emergency surgery to remove an infected uterus with pyometra in late September. Marley is her name has fully recovered and healed after 2 weeks. Her eyes are glistening and is a happy dog. My mom and I thank you all!🫡🙏🐶

Trust the one star reviews. The only plus about this place is they get you in quick and the techs are nice but I wouldn’t trust treatment from a vet here. Took my dog here for an ear infection and they treated her for “allergies” …..it’s actually a YEAST infection. not allergies so i paid the $300 for meds, an unnecessary shot, and the exam and treated her for it not to work just for them to tell me they need to re-examine her to make sure she was “on the right meds” LOL we’ll pay another vet for accurate treatment. Not to mention the vet was rough with my dogs ears when I told him that she was in pain and he complained she was squirming and asked me to muzzle her as if it’s not normal for a dog in pain to squirm when you’re quite literally PULLING her ears.
