they lack training and customer service. some of the staff are helpful and nice; others are rude and unprofessional. The only good Dr. In this place is the WOMAN (Dr Pearson) Unfortunately you can not speak with her without going through incompetent staff first. Ed, the one who answers their phone, is by far the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. I have elderly pets and bring them in, and he can not help with a simple task without speaking over you. 85-year-old woman who calls for help with their animals can not even be spoken to with respect as a returning customer. it is very disappointing to have to deal with rude staff when other staff have no problem assisting in gathering information. I pay too much money here to keep coming to a place with this level of service.

Trust the one star reviews. The only plus about this place is they get you in quick and the techs are nice but I wouldn’t trust treatment from a vet here. Took my dog here for an ear infection and they treated her for “allergies” …..it’s actually a YEAST infection. not allergies so i paid the $300 for meds, an unnecessary shot, and the exam and treated her for it not to work just for them to tell me they need to re-examine her to make sure she was “on the right meds” LOL we’ll pay another vet for accurate treatment. Not to mention the vet was rough with my dogs ears when I told him that she was in pain and he complained she was squirming and asked me to muzzle her as if it’s not normal for a dog in pain to squirm when you’re quite literally PULLING her ears.

My mom’s 12-years old female Jack Russell Terrier Mix received great care after a successful emergency surgery to remove an infected uterus with pyometra in late September. Marley is her name has fully recovered and healed after 2 weeks. Her eyes are glistening and is a happy dog. My mom and I thank you all!🫡🙏🐶

First of all, Ed, at the front desk, is a gem! Protect that man at all costs. I have been taking my dog here for several years, and I've had no major issues. However, customer relations from vets and vet techs could be better (Everyone up front is great). The vets are often in a rush and lack empathy for their patients' owners. I've never been asked if I have any questions or concerns after a checkup and would appreciate a little more warmness from staff. I cannot comment on the prices because I haven't gotten veterinary care elsewhere in the last few years, but taking care of an animal is expensive regardless. Overall a great facility.

I called over the phone and asked how much it would be to get flea medication for my dog and they qouted me $75. I asked if that would be the total for the whole visit since I just wanted flea medication and they said that $75 would be the total since they saw my dog last December for an annual exam and could just prescribe the flea medication, which is why I decided to book an appointment with them. When I got to my appointment, I told them I just wanted flea medication and the lady told me that the vet would come in to see my dog. I asked if it would be extra and she told me it would not. At the end of the visit, the lady charged me for the wellness exam, which was $65, and the flea medication, which was $75. I said that over the phone they told me I only needed to pay for the flea medication and she told me that since the vet had already seen my dog today for 2 minutes I would need to pay the $65 in addition to the flea medication. When the vet did see my dog for the two minutes, he kept taking personal phone calls and would walk out of the door to talk on the phone. He then came in again and talked to me for another 30 seconds, then got another call and walked out of the door again. They definitely ripped me off and scammed me for my money. Do not go here. They will upcharge you and you won’t know until the end of the visit and they will make you pay or they will not let you out of the door. They do not care about your animal. All they care about is getting more money out of you.
