I wanted to like this vet because it's in my neighborhood. I was referred by a friend who later confirmed similar experiences with Dr. Pearson. I like the nurses. But once Dr. P came in to do a check-up and identify the bumps on my pup, she couldn't get me out of the door fast enough. Showed no true care for me or my dog. Didn't recommend ANYTHING and just told me what she was going to do (which of course was $$$$ lab work). She told me to give my dog Benadryl and that's it. No what kind, not how much, nothing. And then, as she was walking out of the door, she addressed another issue I wanted to chat about saying "oh and I'm not worried about her neck cracking" literally as she was halfway out the door. No compassion for me or my dog. Gave me about 2 minutes of her time, wrote up a bill for $350 and was on her way. No ideas, tips, clarity or anything that I Brought my dog in for. Absolutely do not recommend this vet because of Dr. Pearson. My friend said she still goes here, but asks the nurses for any doctor but Dr. Pearson.. and that's a problem...

Brought my senior dog in for a teeth cleaning and was so impressed when the vet spent about 5 minutes educating me on challenges our dog may face as she ages, what to look out for and how to help he age comfortably. The post cleaning and extraction instructions were clear and all of the techs we interacted with were great. Thank you Bayside!

The doctor at Bayside isn't very detailed, and in my opinion, lacks some experience. I have taken both of my pets (Ashy & Fluffy) here and the first red flag was with my cat Ashy. It took the doctor 4 vet visits and 2 emergency visits before he diagnosed my cat with a UTI. We spent close to $1,000 on a UTI!!! This was something that could of been caught earlier! In Oct. my husband and I adopted a senior dog and made a terrible decision to take our dog here for a check-up. The doctor only examined his teeth and recommended dental care, but he failed to examine his eyes and ears. We later found out our dog has cataracts and black gunky/scabs around his ears and around his face (could be yeast infection or mange). We have decided not to go back to this vet and it is very unfortunate because we love the staff here!

No thank you! I called three times in the past 24 hours and each time you came with a different excuse trying to sell a test my cat did not need. Nice try with “against medical advice” lie ! The records show that your clinic prescribed this medicine couple of months ago. Costumer service doesn’t exist at this place. The lied about my cats prescription twice yesterday and the girl answering was very rude. You lost a customer, actually two! This place doesn’t not worth it. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Be careful here. They NEVER respond to emails. Last Saturday severe adverse effects from a Rattlesnake vaccine administered by the clinic. My puppy was given this Vaccine at 18 weeks of age recommended by them. Of course they are closed Sunday. NO EMERGENCY CARE on Sundays I should probably also address the ear cropping procedure is borderline barbaric. My pet will never return. I gave them a opportunity to clean up there act and they went for a money grab DON'T DO IT!
