NEVER Take your pet to this vet.
The front desk staff and office shamed me in front of other animals and owners. My dog has fleas tech made an error in script delayed prescription . They charged me 37$ and 36 minutes for 3 pills single day pill . No apology for the error just complete humiliation The care for your pet is minimal just add ons for their pockets. Horrible people who dont care about your pet. Behind the counter is a poster on fleas it says 4000 dogs ask your vet, and PB Vet wants to shame someone. Hey I was wearing my jewish star necklace is that why?

Super helpful and friendly staff. Dr. Michelle Braunstein is amazing. Super knowledgeable and always great with advice or recommendations. My husky Ghost and I are in great hands at PB Vet Client.

After reading some of the recent reviews online of PB Veterinary Clinic, i was really worried about the cost and level of professionalism we were going to receive; however, we were quite please and relieved that we were able to leave there happier and better than anticipated. The cost, however is pricey but it is an urgent/hospital therefore those prices will be higher than a regular vet appointment. I have four stars for the cost and there wasn't a follow-up care phone call and i haven't received the lab results, yet.

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Took our dog in yesterday for an emergency x-ray recommended by our vet Bohdi. They informed us that our dog had some possible blockage & even though they were not 100% sure they told us there's nothing else that they could do to help us. They proceeded to call their friends and try to give us a quote of over $8000. Then when we asked if we could take him with us to find a better estimate they gave us hard resistance. It's now the next day and we have found a place that will not charge us over $8000 to take care of our boy and they don't even have to cut him open. ALL we needed are the x-rays that I paid $626 for and they are now refusing to send them to our new vet. All they keep sending is a link to our docs without the x-rays.
*It's clear that if it doesn't benefit this place they don't care.*
Even watching them interact with the other guests yesterday made my heart hurt.
If you take anything away from this - it's always get a second opinion!!!!

I have been taking my dog Bella Bear to see Dr. Keiss since she was 2 years old. Ten years later, I brought my new puppy Helix knowing we are starting a long relationship of excellent care and true compassion. I would never go anywhere else. The entire staff- clerks, techs, docs and all- are so knowledgeable and loving towards our fur babies. I would highly recommend coming here.
