I would like to express my sincere commendation for the staff at the paw commons, particularly highlighting Diana for her exceptional service. The customer service I received was genuine and exemplary throughout my entire visit. Each team member I interacted with was not only pleasant but also demonstrated a clear commitment to both the dogs and their owners.
As a first-time boarding experience, I was particularly apprehensive as my dog can be challenging in new environments. However, the staff made every effort to address all my inquiries thoroughly, ensuring I felt comfortable before leaving my dog in their care.
My dog, Aphrodite, received the standard gold package with individual care. I provided his favorite ball, which allowed him to enjoy his time with the team. Additionally, they handled his bath professionally, putting my concerns about his reactivity at ease. The outcome was fantastic; he smells wonderful, and I found the service to be worth the investment. Thank you for providing such a reassuring and high-quality service.

A huge thank you to the amazing team at Paw Commons Pet Resort Bay Park! Thankfully, they were a part of my daily routine from 2009 until 2022 for doggie day play and grooming, and were always great, extremely helpful, and made my family feel like part of The Paw Family! Recently, we were in a tough spot with our current foster dog for lodging while we went on vacation, and a serious need for training! I remembered the relief I felt when I discovered Paw Commons so many years ago, and I called right away. Breanne listened to me as I called in and explained our situation and how our dog is not yet dog friendly. She was kind, patient, and made excellent recommendations while getting us booked in for our stay. We also learned all about Puppy Kindergarten- so while we were enjoying our time away, our princess could get a jump start on that training that we needed to get around to doing! Breanne greeted us with a smile and genuine happiness when we arrived at the check in desk for our reservation. Trainers Zoe and Elle were phenomenal! They listened to our most prioritized concerns and used their keen observation skills to see what was going, while offering in the moment suggestions. When we returned 2 weeks later, Diana at the front desk was so genuine and kind. She gave us excellent customer service with a warm, welcoming and friendly smile and was excited to reunite us with our princess, who was ready to come home with some new basic skills. Elle spent a great amount of time with us explaining what they had been working on and what we need to continue to focus on at home. She gave me excellent updates throughout the 2 weeks, along with photos, videos, and updates on how she was doing. I was able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing that our pooch was in the best possible care!

Paw Commons was recommended to me by a good friend. We went in for an evaluation. I was super nervous because my dog didn’t do well with other dogs while out walking. After going over some of my pooches history we dropped him off. He did amazing! We got a report card after a couple of hours with pictures! I love the webcam so I can check on him anytime. The staff is great! I would definitely recommend them.

I have a great experience. Even after a scheduling mishap the groomer and front desk person did an awesome job at welcoming us and making it a great experience. My dog came out perfect!

I love how wonderful Paw Common is and my dog Bodie loves it too. I had meeting up to and during his appointment time and wasn’t sure how to get him there. They allowed me to drop him off before around 7 for his 10 am grooming appointment.
He came back so happy and clean 🧼 The premium bath is what he needed and I love how his coat is so soft. I use Paw Commons for boarding and grooming my dog. The staff is always so kind and amazing. My go to is usually their Hillcrest location, but it was all booked up. Bay Park had an opening and I jumped on it. It’s a great location and will definitely be back. Thanks for taking great care of him! Cheers 🐾
