We’ve been coming to Paws and bows since Eri opened. Bullet absolutely loves her, and she loves him like he’s her own. He is a little picky about being blow dried and she is so patient with him. She’s a bit out of the way now since we moved but we still come to her every time. We have never had a bad experience and her staff is always great when she’s not available.

Perfect location but too bad the service is so poor. I have two small dogs and on two different occasions they end up leaving Paws & Bows Pet Grooming bleeding (one dog from the ear and the other dog from her paw). Then to receive an “apology” followed by excuses “I did trim the nails short, but there was no bleeding here.” I’m disappointed.

Customer service is severely lacking. Owner always seems upset. Always tipped well and picked my dogs on time, but the last time I visited, the owner scolded me and asked me not to come back since we'd been 15 mins late to drop them off 2 times in a row. Staff turnover seems high, new groomers almost each time we'd visit.

I always schedule with Eri, she goes over exactly what is it you need and explains everything to you very well. I take Ponyo my golden here and she does a very good job at making him look handsome. I don't like super dramatic cut just cleaning and keeping lengths so here is a before and after
