My cute lil fur baby looked all cute and groomed all thanks to Jaime! She was extremely patient and did a great job explaining how she intended to groom him.

Paid $94 for a haircut for my 40lb Aussie. The groomer was friendly but she left the fur between my dog’s toes untrimmed, which is a large reason why I like him to get a haircut. I was also asked to pay and even give a tip when I picked him up before even seeing him which didn’t feel right.
Probably would pay a little more for a more professional groomer somewhere else next time.

With my dog being highly emotional during grooming, they did what they could do and I’m very satisfied with the outcome and pricing. Even though they could not complete the entire haircut, due to my dog being an a hole during grooming, they did a wonderful job. I’d like to come back if my dog can calm down! Thanks for making dreams come true!

We had another wonderful experience with your service! Our pup is usually a bit anxious about going to the groomer, but Lisa M always makes her feel so comfortable and cared for. The check-in process was a breeze, and they estimated the bath would take an hour, but our pup was ready in a little less than that! She came back looking fresh and clean, with her nails perfectly trimmed. It can be tricky with her black nails, but the grooming here is always spot on. Even though we live a bit further away, it's absolutely worth the drive for such fantastic service!

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF SHE IS YOUR GROOMER! Young african american lady at grooming station does not understand how to address anxious dogs. She leashed my dog that has been groomed at petco since birth at the front as opposed to behind the counter. Never had this happen before. Visibly already anxious. I was trying to walk her behind the counter to avoid this. She tries to pick her up and my dog pushes her head at her and then she continues to try and forcefully pick her up after she already gave her the cue to not touch. Obviously not great around dogs that deal with anxiety so I would recommend the National City or Pacific Beach locations!
