Luna was fantastic with my husky! She went above and beyond for him and I’m so grateful to her for her attention to detail and patience. She was very kind and great at her job! The booking process online was easy and convenient, although the system did make a mistake, the ladies at the reception were able to fix it for me. Environment was clean and well maintained, staff was friendly and the wait time was exactly as expected. 5/5!!

Joshua was so kind with my dog. She came out so soft and smelled amazing! You could tell the grooming area was very busy but I didn’t feel rushed at all checking in my dog and the wash didn’t feel rushed either. Thank you for always taking such great care of my fur baby!

Susie is the BEST groomer. She’s very compassionate and loving to all the pets. This is why I don’t mind driving 30 minutes once a month for my doggy to get pampered by her. So grateful and appreciative of all the work she’s done. Thank you Susie :-)

The haircut was the next to horrible. The person receiving my dog was very confident saying the haircut will be done to my dog without why problem and the results was apocalyptic. They literally shaved him yes, shaved my poor dog. He now looks terrible and more like street dog than a well loved doggie as he is. Very deceptive service.
