i took both my pugs to get groomed. one of them does NOT let me cut his nails at all. but posh poodle was able to and for some reason he lets me touch his nails now? so whatever they did helped lol. my pugs smell really good and the prices are affordable. thank you!!!

We had been bringing our dog here regularly without issue, until our last visit. When I arrived, the place felt unprofessional, with kids managing reservations and a stroller behind the desk (first red flag). They quoted me a higher price without explanation until Beth came over, fumbled through papers, and said our groomer "must have raised the price" but couldn’t explain why. She eventually lowered it to our usual price (second red flag). At pickup, the customer service felt rushed. They handed me the leash, took payment, and shifted focus to another customer without acknowledging me (third red flag). My dog also seemed unusually subdued, but I assumed he was just tired. Once home, I noticed his haircut was sloppy, with uneven patches, and then I saw blood drops on the floor. His dewclaw was bleeding. My partner called, but they insisted they hadn’t noticed and dismissed responsibility. Three things wrong with their response: 1. Looking at the picture attached of the bleeding wound, I find it VERY hard to believe the groomer didn't notice this. 2. If they really didn't notice, it gives further proof that they rushed through the job without any care. 3. They were rude in their tone and handling of the matter, making it seem like they didn't believe us. Frustrated, I returned in person, seeking answers and an apology. Instead, Beth dismissed my concerns, denied noticing the wound, then contradicted herself by suggesting they "might have nicked it" and bizarrely claimed it could be a cancerous cyst. Worse, she roughly grabbed and poked the wound with unwashed hands until I had to pull my dog’s paw away. Her condescending remarks ("It couldn’t have been bleeding that much") were infuriating. After much back-and-forth, she finally gave a half-hearted apology and told me to see a vet. Later, she texted my partner with another insincere apology, suggesting I "misunderstood her tone." No, I was very very patient after the first several red flags and I was willing to overlook an accident in which they may have cut a section of his skin that was inflammed because accidents happen. What I cannot forgive was the complete disregard of the situation and being gaslit and watching her roughly grab his wound and poke around at it right in front of my eyes while telling me they did me a favor by exposing a potential cancer. We just got back from the vet, who confirmed it was just a patch of inflammed skin which likely burst or was nicked while being groomed. An expensive vet visit could have been avoided with honesty and basic care. Accidents happen, but the lack of professionalism, care, and accountability here is inexcusable. I paid $120 plus $20 in tip for this terrible experience and an extra few hundred for the vet visit after her insisting it could be cancerous. We will never be returning.

Took my fur baby Luna for the first time today to the Posh Poodle and I absolutely LOVEEEEDDD my experience! The attention to detail and warm customer service was awesome! And they left her looking beautiful and smelling amazing! And most importantly she wasn’t absolutely freaked out when I picked her up, she tends to get nervous when she gets groomed and she was perfectly fine at pick up. Definitely recommend!

I have been coming to posh poodle for a decade. Today, after picking up my fur babies from there, I noticed my dog walking weird from her back legs, as i take a look to see whats going on i noticed two big scabs on the back of her legs that were not there before. They cut off both of her digital pads. When i called them to tell them about this issue, the lady told me they were already there and if she stepped on a “foxtail” as if a foxtail does that. I paid for her to get a BATH ! I have so many questions for them but Beth was not in. I will be taking her to get evaluated from her vet and will follow up with them after. This is infuriating and sickening. One, to make me feel like i dont know my dog and her body [i did inform them about a cyst she had on her leg prior to the bath so they can be careful ]. Two, either hiring people with little to no knowledge of the dogs body and anatomy or they are in a rush to get the dogs in and out. I paid 130$… to get my dog back with no digital paws. One of my friends who is a barber did say you can tell that she has two different blade textures on the back providing me some assurance of what i noticed. The other little scabs above it show these were done by clippers. These pictures will speak for themselves. Also, the lady over the phone said “oh yeah they are scabs, like they were there prior to her bath” Im sorry but no, once you cut yourself you then begin to form a scab. These are fresh and i dont appreciate the run around. Be honest about your work, you are touching someone’s baby. Again Beth, i will be keeping in touch with you because this is unfair to me and my Dog. What a shame.

Excellent pet grooming services. Prices are reasonable too. My dogs are always so happy when I pick them up from Posh Poodle. They seem to smell great for longer than when I bathe them myself. I highly recommend them
