So affordable and the people are super nice. We took our 16 YO Pomeranian here when we had to say goodbye and everything was so calm and respectful. We now take our new Australian shepherd here.

Dr. Keith is rude and unprofessional, has a horrible bedside manners. Brought my dogs for annual shots, got a 30 min lecture on my dogs “bad” diet. I feed raw, and I’ve done my research and it’s my choice to feed raw meat. I’ve had a long road that led me to where we are now. I did not try to convince Dr. to feed raw his dogs or other clients dogs but Dr. Keith was extra passionate and very personal telling me what I’m doing is bad. Even after I politely tried to change subject he just went on and on, with a strong desire to humiliate me and make me feel bad for my own money ($200 for shots btw). I understand giving advice is part of his job, but there are boundaries you don’t cross, and the way you deliver information could be very different. Im not a little girl to be lectured like this. I’m Very disappointed, and not coming back.

Since we can't rate any lower than one star, I'll compliment the veterinary care for that star, they helped my dogs skin rash that no other veterinary office helped with. I decided to try their grooming services since I was satisfied with their veterinary care, ABSOLUTE MISTAKE. They requested I bring my dogs in anytime between 8:30 am - 9:30 am, which I did, I brought them at exactly 9 am. Getting there the front desk receptionist I spoke to was just straight up rude, so that was already unsettling. I unfortunately didn't go with my gut feeling and left my dogs in their care for grooming, hours passed and I called back at 1 pm, out of concern because it had already been 4 hours and their past groomers only took 3-4 hours. The same lady I spoke to when dropping them off answered and stated that my dogs haven't been started on and won't be done till 3 pm. ALSO stating that the groomers don't get in the office till 10 am, so why was it requested I drop my dogs off almost 2 hours early to just sit in a crate? I debated on just going and picking my dogs up because that would've meant they would be there for about 6 hours, I decided to go through with it because maybe it would be worth the results. It wasn't. My dogs are barely shaved, they applied some ear treatment without informing me, and they didn't call or text me that my dog were ready until 4 PM!! Beyond annoyed, not only were my dogs stuck in crates all day but their grooming results are horrible.

Have had great five star experiences in the past but this last visit I would actually rate as 2 or 3 star. So I will average it out to 4. We had a biopsy done for our dog on a Thursday and they told me I would get a call back early the following week. It was a holiday on Monday and so I gave them extra time to call back knowing they might be busy. By the end of the week still had heard nothing. Called them twice the following Monday (very early in the day like 8am and then 2pm) and both times was told the doctor would call me back. It wasn’t until the following day that we finally got the call. It is stressful when you are trying to hear back regarding a growth on your dog and for them to wait nearly two weeks to call was unacceptable to me. But like I said I’ve had good interactions in the past so I will excuse it this once.

Dr. Keith has taken care of our 16 year old dachshund since he was 3 months old. Our dog, Harvey, is alive today because of Dr. Keith’s attentive care. He nursed Harvey back from pancreatitis and bulged disks in his lower lumber. Dr. Keith also properly diagnosed our dog with cushings disease, a liver issue, which has insured our dog thrive in his elder years. Dr. Keith loves the pets under his care and has the most advanced equipment to care for all your pets needs. We have also frequently utilized the boarding available and our dog has come home happy and healthy after his stays at Rolling Hills Pet Hospital.
