Eriann did an amazing job with my dog Kimchi!! Everything from booking the reservation, to receiving confirmation and reminder text/emails, to dropping my dog off and picking her up was all very seamless.
I had ordered a bath, face/feet/fanny cleanup, and clipping of her nails and it all came out WAY better than I expected! My dogs coat was very soft and she looked very proper and clean without the loose hairs out anymore. Not to mention the very festive and cute bandana she came home with!
All of the staff there are super kind helpful and have great customer service, they made some great suggestions and gave good feedback on how the experience was.
The last photo is of her before, so you can really tell she was cleaned up very nicely.
I’ve gone there to do self washes before and I’ve only cut my own dogs hair myself but I think it’s time I stick to letting the professionals do their job. 😂 10/10, will go again.

Our Suds n Pups 🐶 going on 3 years, our pups moved to San Ysidro and we will not switch up our groomers. Best loving caring groomers ever👍🏾♥️Sorry pictures are be4 grooming.

I have been taking my little elderly poodle/bichon frise here for a long time and Alyssa does an amazing job! My pup gets nervous usually in situations like this because she is blind but not with Alyssa! She turns out beautiful every time and is completely comfortable there!

I give it a 2 star not really because i dislike this place because i don’t but the service to me is a 2. Now initially i had a good feeling about this place since i don’t know any good groomers here in San Diego. When i first came here i came super last minute and the lady I believe could be either the owner or manager of the place was really kind to let my mini schnauzer get her nails trimmed giving the fact that i got there 2 minutes before closing. She could have said no and it would’ve been fine because i understand theres no obligation to attend customers when they’re literally about to close. Because they treated my dog so nice and gave me good customer service aside from me booking my appointment right then and there, i proceeded to ask some questions regarding schnauzer traditional cuts which she reassured me that they “could do any cuts”. So the day of the appointment i had decided to read the reviews again. And then i kinda had a feeling to not take my mini there anymore but i still did because my mini schnauzer needed a professional groom asap. So i proceeded to go. When we arrived we are attended by someone else from the first time we got there then that person assigned a female groomer; and we proceeded to discuss how i wanted my mini schnauzer groomed. This lady was white pale skin with blue strands of hair, pointy ears and piercing on her nose and ears from what i remember. Now im not one to judge im just giving a visual incase you take your fur babies here and get assigned to her. Now i personally don’t mind how you look as long as you can actually get the “job” done. Proceeding with discussing how i wanted my mini to get groomed she said she “will try” that didn’t give me the same confidence as the owner/manager that i had first encountered when i visited here the first time. Aside from that i kindly advised that my mini likes baby talk or just some comforting when getting groomed because she shakes alot since its a new place and she is scared because she has gotten professionally groomed before back in texas and that’s what her previous groomers told me about their experience with my mini. And i knew my mini is very good with grooming because before her getting groomed at Texas i used to groom her myself. Which to that she smirked under her breath but i really didn’t want to start a scene so i didn’t do anything because she made it so subtle and i thought it was just me. I also asked if she was gonna groom under her paws and her butt area where she poops to be very short. Which to this she did none but had mentioned that, that comes in the package. When i picked up my schnauzer and arrived home, i looked under her paws it wasn’t groomed and i have groomed her myself and seen when other groomers have groomed under her paws and it looks spotless of hair. And her butt area was still very long hairs. Now they did ask me when they gave her back to me if her she looked good which to this I answered yes because how do they expect me to inspect her while im carrying her and theres a-lot of people all waiting to get services for their dogs. But from just plain view she looked ok. I wasn’t happy with the result because it wasn’t what i had paid for. Not only that she had weird almost bold spots where the hair wasn’t even. So with that being said i don’t recommend this place as for a professional groomer for your dogs because the groom they gave my dog i have and can give her but i pay to have her look good and not like i groomed her lol. With all that being said i don’t know how they treated my mini because i wasn’t there to witness i was outside; thats what the groomer advised. And now that i tried trimming the parts she didn’t trimmed at all. I didn’t even have to turn on the machine my mini didn’t want to be anywhere near the grooming clippers or scissors. And this is not typical behavior of my mini to do so i dont know what this groomer did but if she did do something to scare her i just hope if you come across her and get assigned to her just TURN AROUND unless you want your dog to hate grooming

Alyssa is the best groomer around!! We have been going to her for 3 years and have zero complaints. Our 2 dogs always come home looking and smelling the absolute best.
