I have been seeing this Veterinary for over 15 years. She has attended two of my pets, one was put to sleep. They love pets, and have great service.

Dr. Laing truly loves our dog (she literally gives her kisses when she sees her). I know she wants what's best for her and trust her to make the best recommendations for care. It is really telling that our dog gets excited when we tell her we're going to the vet to visit her friends Dr. Laing and staff. 🐶💕

This local clinic is small but very friendly and provides quick and reasonable priced service. I would recommend this place if you are looking for more of a personal experience for you pets care. They really seem to care, and I like that they treat your pet with the attention they deserve, and you don't feel like just a number. Great place.

I was very surprised by my experience here, especially given the many great reviews. The receptionist was super friendly, kind, and understanding when I called to inform her that I would be late. When I arrived, I was in the midst of dealing with a situation at home involving my 2-year-old and 4-year-old. When Dr. Liang entered the exam room—which had a very unpleasant smell—she immediately scolded me for being on my cell phone. I explained that I was handling an urgent matter with my children, to which she responded, "I'll come back when you're done." When she returned, she asked, "Are you ready?" Then, she walked over to the door (which had been open when I arrived), pointed at a sign that said "No Cell Phones," and seemed to imply that I should have known about the policy. However, if the door was already open when I entered, how was I supposed to see the sign? She then stated, "I do not feel comfortable proceeding." Mind you, this was just for a routine vaccination for my dog—not a life-threatening procedure that would require my full attention.
