Overall I like this vet but they must have been short staffed today, there was only 1 person up front helping everyone 3/21 11am and during waiting was never told she would be right with me, both times, so I ended up walking out at the end instead of waiting to make appt. With the prices they charge here I would expect more customer service. Dissapointed in today's visit with the up front portion of it. I decided to leave and I'll just call back in to make appt instead of waiting.

My dog was bitten at their daycare. Initially, we were charged for the resulting vet care. They would not give us the info to contact the owners of the offending dog, nor would they contact them on our behalf, even though the law clearly states that if a dog attacks another dog, the owners of the offending dog are responsible for any ensuing vet care. After a ridiculous process, our vet charges were eventually refunded. It is absolutely beyond my understanding why a business like this would even do such nonsense in the first place. A simple fix is to have daycare users sign an agreement that if their dog causes injury to another dog during daycare, they are responsible for vet care charges. My experience is that they have terrible business practices and expensive vet fees. The clinic manager is not a good customer service person, and it shows by the poor customer service skills of some of the employees.

We've been taking our pup here for the last 2ish years. Our most frequent services we used were Overnight Boarding and Sedated Nail Trim. It is very hard to find a place to trust especially with sedation AND to find a place that can handle a dog that is aggressive towards other pets. For boarding they have special services to keep him separate so there is no accidents. (SO STRESSFUL as the dog mom!!) After his first stay my fears were smothered! They absolutely loved our pup and I knew they actually cared about his well being & understood what type of care he needed. Every time we were there they would recognize him by name and adored having him. Now that we have moved out of state I had to request his medical records to another Vet. I talked with Jolene - She helped me transfer the medical records. She was incredibly sweet!!! So refreshing to talk to someone that is so cheerful!!!!! I am all about reviews and leave them honestly! I can't say enough good things! Over 2 years of visits almost every 6 weeks on average and then all the times we had to board him for our long weekend trips.....yes this place is GREAT!!!!!! Over that time period I can't even recall having any type of issue with the staffing or services big or little. Hope this helps someone who is looking for a great place to trust with their pets.

I have had a couple of good experiences here. My dog had an abscess in her mouth that turned out to be a tumor. The vet provided us with several options including doing nothing because she was an old dog and no pressure to pursue surgery, etc. A few years later when she needed to be put down they were very caring and compassionate. I plan on bringing our pets here in the future.

Comfortable waiting room, helpful receptionist. Relief areas for dogs outside. Professional & knowledgeable staff happy to answer questions. Nurse and Veterinary Doctor explained symptoms and possibilities related to our pet's illness. Unfortunately after x-ray & diagnosis, our pet had a degenerative terminal illness, and the only logical solution was to humanely euthenize (I decided). I deeply appreciate the patience and compassion shown by the Doctor, nurse and attending staff at Acacia. The sincerity and compassion spoke volumes to us.
