Wag is always wonderful! My babies are loved and cared for during every visit. The facility is well maintained and welcoming. The staff is attentive and kind- true animal lovers. They also have cameras that pet parents can look at throughout the day to check in on their pups. This is the only place in San Diego to board/daycare your babies without any concern.

Wag Hotels in San Diego is awesome! I have been taking my dog there for three years and she loves it. She comes home exhausted! The staff are so caring and excellent with the pups. They genuinely seem to be enjoying their jobs, and they do them well. The staff obviously LOVE our dogs and the feeling is mutual judging by the vigorous tail wagging that occurs when staff greets us at the door. I am in EMS and the discount makes it affordable and the fact that it is open 24 hours allows me to pick her up even when my shift runs late. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate the service provided at Wag Hotel!! I highly recommend!!

I honestly couldn’t be more appreciative of Wags staff. The care they provide and reassurance that your pet is being cared for is settling. We are able to enjoy our trips knowing that our dog is safe and cared for. I love the photos I receive every stay! Our dog is extremely shy and a pandemic dog. Wags allows her to socialize in a safe way. The price is worth the comfort knowing your dog is in well hands. Thank you Wags staff! We appreciate you.

We love Wag Hotels San Diego! We've been bringing our dog, Joaquin, to Wag for grooming since he was a puppy and he gets excited to go to the groomer! He recently had back surgery and the staff are so careful and caring with him. Rita does an amazing job, and the front desk staff are so kind and professional. Plus, their prices are excellent compared to other grooming facilities.

Amazing facility! I boarded my pup here for a few days for the first time. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The booking was super easy, and the customer service reps I spoke with were all extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the daily picture updates and access to the webcams. Will absolutely be using Wag Hotels again!
