This Manager Agreement applies when an Owner invites you to administer a business listing on local.pet and you accept the invitation.

1. Scope of access

Managers receive edit access scoped either to a single Listing (location-scoped) or to all Listings within a BusinessGroup (group-scoped). The Owner who invited you controls the scope and may revoke it at any time without notice.

2. Your responsibilities

When acting as a Manager you:

Act under the Owner's direction and on the business's behalf
Comply with the Business Owner Service Agreement as if you were the Owner — including accuracy of edits and avoidance of prohibited content
Do not share your account credentials with anyone
Notify the Owner and legal@local.pet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

3. No employment relationship

This Agreement does not create an employment, joint venture, agency, or partnership relationship between you and Local Value, LLC DBA Local.Pet. Any employment relationship is between you and the Owner's business.

4. Confidentiality

Information you encounter through Manager access (claim verification status, internal Listing notes, member-only data) is confidential. Do not disclose it except as needed to perform your role.

5. Termination

The Owner may revoke your access at any time. We may revoke your access for violation of these terms or the broader Service terms. You may resign your role at /account/businesses.

6. Governing law and venue

Same as our Terms of Use § 13.
