I was referred to Tell tail Vet by my regular veterinarian, and from the moment I walked through the door, I knew my 18-year-old dog, Roxy, was in good hands. I especially want to recognize Marty. As a pet owner facing a stressful situation with a senior dog, I arrived feeling overwhelmed and worried. Marty immediately put me at ease with his calm, compassionate, and reassuring presence. He took the time to listen, answered every question patiently, explained the process thoroughly, and made me feel genuinely heard and supported. What stood out most was how much he truly connected with both people and their pets. He wasn’t simply checking clients in..he took the time to make each person feel important. Watching him interact with other pet owners and their animals, it was clear that his kindness and care extend to everyone who walks through the door. By the end of my visit, I felt a tremendous weight lifted off my shoulders. Marty has a rare gift for making people feel comfortable during difficult moments, and his compassion made a lasting impression on me. I am incredibly grateful for the care, patience, and kindness he showed both me and Roxy. I've never had that kind of experience walking into an urgent care.
